Xealty Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Xealty. They are a practical starting point for the MVP and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Acceptable use

Xealty is intended for real estate professionals using the product for client-ready reports, lead follow-up, and related business workflows.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use Xealty in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

No abuse or spam

You may not use Xealty to send abusive, deceptive, harassing, unlawful, or spam communications.

You are responsible for ensuring that any client communication, report sharing, or follow-up activity complies with applicable consent, marketing, privacy, and professional rules.

SMS account verification

I agree to receive account verification and security text messages from Xealty.

By checking the SMS consent box during onboarding, you agree to receive account verification and security text messages from Xealty at the mobile number you provide.

Xealty SMS is only for account verification and security. Xealty does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opting out may prevent you from completing phone verification or using protected account features.

Trials and subscriptions

Xealty may offer free trials, preview access, paid plans, usage limits, or subscription features. Trial eligibility may require phone verification and may be limited to one trial per verified phone number.

Subscription billing is expected to be managed through the Xealty web account. Mobile access may be limited if a subscription is inactive, expired, canceled, or unavailable.

Service availability

Xealty depends on third-party infrastructure and property data providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that all reports will be available for every property.

Reports are provided for workflow support and presentation assistance. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, market interpretation, and client advice.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, verified phone number, devices, and any client data you enter into Xealty.

Notify Xealty promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
