Xealty Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Xealty collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users of the Xealty web and mobile experience.

Information we collect

Xealty may collect account information, contact details, phone verification information, property report inputs, client records, usage activity, and device or technical information needed to operate the service.

We collect information you provide directly, information created as you use Xealty, and limited technical information from your device or browser.

Auth and account data

When you create or access a Xealty account, we may collect your name, email address, password authentication details handled by our authentication provider, brokerage name, and account status.

Passwords are not stored by Xealty in plain text. Authentication is handled through secure third-party infrastructure.

Phone verification usage

Xealty may require mobile phone verification before activating trial access or protected workspace features.

Phone numbers may be normalized and used to prevent repeated free trial abuse. Where practical, Xealty stores a hashed phone value for trial eligibility checks.

SMS consent

I agree to receive account verification and security text messages from Xealty.

During onboarding, Xealty asks users to expressly agree to receive account verification and security text messages before any authentication SMS is sent.

Xealty records SMS consent, consent timestamp, and consent version for account security and compliance evidence.

SMS is only for account verification and security. Xealty does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Report and client data

Xealty may process property addresses, generated report details, saved reports, client names, client contact placeholders or details, notes, follow-up reminders, viewed properties, and related workflow data.

Client-facing reports are intended to exclude internal notes, internal system metadata, provider credentials, cache status, and private operational details.

How we use information

We use information to provide Xealty, generate reports, manage access, support client and lead workflows, protect against abuse, improve reliability, and communicate important service information.

We do not sell personal information.
