Request Account Deletion

Xealty users can request account deletion while direct in-app deletion is being prepared.

How to request deletion

Email support@xealty.org from the email address associated with your Xealty account and include the subject line: Xealty account deletion request.

If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify account ownership before deletion is processed.

What deletion covers

A deletion request covers your Xealty account profile and related workspace data controlled by Xealty, including saved report and client workflow records when those records are stored in Xealty systems.

Some records may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

Future direct deletion

A future release will add full account deletion directly from the app after the deletion workflow is fully automated.
