For support requests, email support@xealty.org with the email address on your Xealty account and a short description of the issue.

Please do not include sensitive passwords, client private notes, or payment details in support emails.

Support can help with sign-in issues, phone verification, trial access, report errors, account deletion requests, and app setup questions.

Property report availability may depend on third-party property data coverage for the requested address.
